Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines & Information

  • Review Process: Abstracts submitted for presentation will undergo a rigorous selection process by distinguished members of the Scientific Committee.

  • Official Languages: The official languages of the symposium are English and Turkish.

  • Language Requirement: All abstracts must be written in English.

  • Length: Abstracts should preferably not exceed one page.

  • Formatting: Authors must use the official template and strictly follow the abstract guidelines specified in detail within the template:

Publication & Registration

  • Abstract Book: All accepted abstracts will be published in the Geometry Symposium Abstract Book.

  • Online Registration: All participants are required to log in to our system to complete their online symposium registration.

  • User Panel: After creating a new account, you will be redirected to the user panel where you can upload your presentation abstract and download your acceptance letters. You can also track your registration and upload your bank receipt payment confirmation forms.
